The digital menu has a monthly plan. Order & Pay adds a per-transaction fee based on the restaurant's country. You see it in the dashboard before turning on payments — no lock-in, no fine print.
Subscriptions
Order & Pay can be enabled from any paid plan if your country is available. Prices are shown in your local currency.

Restaurant fee
MaxMenu charges this commission to the restaurant on products sold with Order & Pay. It appears in the dashboard before you enable payments. It is separate from the guest service fee.

How it works
Order & Pay is a complementary channel: the guest pays a fixed service fee per order (€0.30 in the Eurozone). The restaurant pays the percentage for their country on products sold. It does not replace your main POS.

Eurozone examples: 3.9% on the product subtotal. The guest's fixed fee does not change menu prices and is not included in this calculation.
Guest fee
MaxMenu charges this fee to the guest when they use Order & Pay. It is shown at checkout, separate from the order, before payment. The guest pays it — it is independent of the restaurant commission.

Coverage
Restaurants in these countries can enable Order & Pay immediately. Only they can receive payments through the menu.
Control
Each restaurant sets a minimum basket amount. If it is not reached, payment is blocked and the guest adds more items.

The digital menu works almost everywhere. Without Order & Pay you can still use design, allergens, translations and the embeddable widget as usual.
