Partner panel
A slot is what you buy to give a restaurant access to menu and reservations — the same MaxMenu would offer with the Max plan. The agency pays for the slot; the restaurant does not subscribe.
You configure everything and pass a transfer token: the owner creates an account, redeems the token and claims the restaurant. While the slot is linked, you earn 0.5% on menu payments and 5% on online reservations.

Order & Pay, embeddable menu, reservation engine, public URL and dashboard. The agency integrates on the client's website; MaxMenu operates the infrastructure.

Model
The restaurant contracts the agency. You buy a slot, configure menu and reservations, integrate everything on their website and deliver the venue ready — without them subscribing to MaxMenu.
Slots
A slot is what the agency buys to activate a restaurant. The agency pays — not the restaurant — to give access to menu and reservations. Equivalent to the Max plan without the venue subscribing.
1 slot = 1 active restaurant. Same infrastructure as the Max plan. Slot and direct subscription are mutually exclusive: one venue cannot have both.

Link the slot to a venue and configure it. When ready, generate a transfer token for the owner to create an account, redeem it and claim the restaurant.
If a client stops working with you, unlink the restaurant. The slot becomes free instantly and you can assign it to another venue without buying again.
If a restaurant had a direct MaxMenu subscription and cancelled it, your agency can assign a slot. It becomes an active agency client: you host it and it occupies your infrastructure.
What each slot includes
A slot is not just hosting capacity: it activates the full embeddable infrastructure — both modules, both with payment processing.
Partner panel
MaxMenu provides statistics and activity for every restaurant linked to your slots: reservations, orders, commissions and operational status.
No visible MaxMenu branding. Menu and reservation widgets integrate with the restaurant's brand. MaxMenu remains the technology engine behind.
Example: you buy 5 slots, link 3 active restaurants and keep 2 free for new clients. If one cancels, unlink → the slot is available for the next one.

Only on reservations via widget or public URL. Manual panel bookings generate no commission.
Recurring while the slot is linked and the venue processes Order & Pay. On every payment the guest makes from their phone. If the restaurant sells more, your agency earns more.
Example: 3 venues with 200 online reservations/month → ~€30 in reservation commissions. If they process €13,000 in menu payments, add ~€65 more (0.5%), plus the margin you set on each slot.
How you get paid
When you sign up, MaxMenu creates your payout account. Reservation and menu transaction commissions settle automatically; you focus on selling and implementing.
Each restaurant you manage requires a slot. 19.99 per slot — localised price for your region.
View per-restaurant detail from the panel: confirmed reservations, menu payments, accumulated commission and monthly total.
On the 1st of each month, the previous month's total is transferred to your bank account.
You don't manage the restaurant's billing or taxes. Each agency declares its own income.

Transfer
You create the restaurant under your account with a slot and configure everything. When ready, you generate a transfer token and pass it to the owner. They create an account, redeem the token, claim the restaurant and connect bank details.
Activate a slot, design the menu, configure floors and zones, and connect widgets to the client's site.
You start the transfer from the partner panel and give the token to the restaurant owner.
They create an owner account at maxmenu.com/login, redeem the token and are assigned as owner. They connect bank details to receive menu payments.
You keep panel access, update menu and calendar, and earn 5% on online reservations and 0.5% on menu payments — while the slot remains linked.
