Date and guests
The engine filters tables with enough capacity and open slots.
Reservations
Every table has its own calendar. MaxMenu cross-checks what you configure in the dashboard with real-time state — occupied or free — and only offers the guest what is available, at the capacity you defined.
Configuration
Not a generic calendar. You mirror the physical structure: each zone defines its hours; each table has capacity, turns and its own calendar.
Configure from manage.maxmenu.com. Changes publish to the widget and public URL via Quantum Delivery.
Guest flow
The widget embeds with a snippet, like the menu. The guest picks date, time, party size and available table. This is where the 0.99 fee applies — online reservations only.

Only free tables are shown according to the calendar at that moment.
The reservation is confirmed and the calendar marks the table as occupied.
Integrated reservation payment via Stripe Connect if enabled.

The 0.99 fee only applies when the guest books through the widget or public URL. If the restaurant adds the reservation manually in the dashboard, nothing is charged.
Dashboard
The calendar is yours. Add phone bookings, block tables, rearrange turns and adjust availability — all from the dashboard. Reservations you enter manually incur no fee.
